Our goal is to improve mental health and the lives of teens through therapeutic art

Begin your journey of self-discovery

Our workshops empower young people to express themselves, connect with a community and have fun!

Number 1

Tap into creativity

Set your imagination free to explore your feelings, thoughts, concerns for yourself and for others. You don’t have to be an artist. No prior skill is necessary. All you need is to be open to try and create.

Number 2

Connect with a community

Sometimes it can be hard to meet new people or make connections. Here is a safe and inclusive place where we are all exploring our inner selves and helping each other. We are on all the same path of self-discovery.

Number 3

Build life skills

We are here to help you learn how to cope with stress, anxiety, trauma, and other things that may affect your mental health. At our workshops, we use creative skills to practice emotional expression in a creative way.
