Connecting heart and art, to help young people thrive

Our purpose

To provide an easier, more affordable, and more accessible approach to therapy for teens.

Our goal

In our non-judgemental space, you can explore your creative expression. You will have support. You will have a space to be heard, seen, and understood. You can gain confidence by just creating and seeing progress in your art.

Our vision

to create a supportive community where young people can express themselves and find therapy in creative art. We are working towards a future where young people can access free support and tools to cope with life’s challenges, express themselves in a safe space, and thrive in life.

Our community

We are looking to build a diverse, open minded, and supportive community. We have a place for you whether you are a teen or an adult.

Supporting young adults to...

Discover artistic expression

Each of us has a voice to be discovered and heard through artistic expression. We want to inspire that creative expression.

Cope with life’s challenges

We all have different struggles and challenges to face. We’re here to help each other learn to express our feelings through art and cope with these challenges.

Understand their feelings

Young adults can have a lot of jumbled up feelings that are hard to make sense of and this isn’t something you learn how to do in a high school class. We want our workshops to help unravel inner feelings and thoughts to make them clearer by practicing therapeutic art.

Thrive in a judgement-free space

There is still a stigma around mental health but it doesn’t have to be this way.  We are a group of like minded people that want to support each other in a non judgemental space.

Started by teenagers, for teenagers

As a young adult, I understand the pressures of society can affect mental health and that it’s not always easy or affordable to access tools and support. This is why I created this association.

I’m one of those lucky kids that got professional psychological help during the COVID 19. I say lucky because there weren’t enough psychologists to help all the teens going through hard times with the pandemic or just in general. The professional counseling helped but the main work was done by me outside of counseling. I learned stuff on my own that used art to help me free up some of what was going through my mind. I saw a lot of my friends suffer from mental issues and I knew I had to do something. This company is my solution and my hope for a better future of mentally healthy young adults.
